About Chris
I believe everyone deserves to be heard, understood, and treated with compassion.
As a counsellor and professor, I bring both practical experience and a strong academic foundation to my work. I am committed to using evidence-based approaches to help adolescents and adults better understand themselves, navigate difficult experiences, and work toward meaningful change.
I am particularly comfortable working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, and trauma. My goal is to create a safe, respectful, and collaborative space where clients can explore their concerns and develop strategies that support their well-being.
Counselling is not about telling people how to live their lives. It is about working alongside them, helping them develop greater understanding, and supporting them as they move toward the life they want.
